About Cleo
Cleo graduated with a B.A. in psychology from CU Boulder and earned her doctorate in psychology at Pacific University. She works with children, teens, parents and couples, primarily focusing on the patterns that make family life harder than it has to be.
Born in England and raised in Hong Kong, she's spent enough time in enough places to be suspicious of one-size-fits-all advice. Every family has its own culture, which is why she intentionally designs strategies that fit the unique intricacies of your world.
She lives in Basalt and spends part of the winter teaching skiing to kids and teens at Buttermilk - which is where the theory meets a cold, frustrated thirteen-year-old who is done listening to adults.
Her style is warm, collaborative and direct. You'll leave with a clearer sense of what's going on and something practical to try when you get home.
