A Different Kind of Couples and Family Support
The Academy of Lasting Love brings together two generations, over 40 combined years of experience, and one shared belief: most of us were never taught a truly effective model for how to love through conflict, distance, and change.
This isn’t about blame, labels, or talking in endless circles.
It’s about understanding the pattern, strengthening communication, and creating more calm, trust, and connection - locally in the Aspen area, online across the U.S., and internationally.

Online & In-Person Services
Hello, I’m Cleo and I’m deeply passionate about helping people build meaningful, lasting connections - whether that’s within a couple, a family, a parent-child relationship, or the relationship they have with themselves.
Having been born in England, raised in Hong Kong, and shaped by time spent across Europe, Asia, and the U.S., I bring a deeply cross-cultural perspective to my work. Those experiences help me understand that every family has its own culture, history, values, and way of communicating.
My work brings together doctoral training in psychology, marriage and family theory, and practical coaching tools to help people better understand the patterns shaping their lives and relationships, and begin changing them in ways that are clear, grounded, and sustainable.
I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and my Doctor of Psychology degree from Pacific University in Oregon. While my background is in clinical psychology, my work through The Academy of Lasting Love is focused on coaching, education, parent guidance, relationship skills, and effective strategies - not diagnosis or clinical treatment.
In addition to a decade of traditional schooling, I’ve been incredibly fortunate to work alongside my mother, Nikki Green, a seasoned relationship expert with decades of experience. Together, we created The Academy of Lasting Love and our unique approach, The Laws of Lasting Love - A Conscious Model for Modern Relationships, blending psychological knowledge, practical wisdom, and spiritual insight based on the unbreakable laws of nature.
My style is warm, collaborative, and direct. I want the people I work with to feel deeply heard, and also to leave with something useful: a clearer understanding of what’s happening, practical tools they can apply, and more confidence in how to move forward.
