Book Your Complimentary Clarity CallWhen something feels off at home...
- Maybe your child is struggling and you don’t know what to do.
- Maybe your teen won’t talk to you anymore.
- Maybe family life feels tense, reactive, or disconnected more often than you’d like.
- Maybe you’ve tried being patient, tried being firmer, tried giving space, tried talking it through, but nothing seems to change for long.
You don't need to have the perfect words for what's happening.
You just need a place to start.
There's more than one way forward.
Every family is different. The right starting point depends on what’s happening right now.
Parent Guidance
For parents who are tired of second-guessing themselves and want clear, compassionate strategies that actually fit their child and family.
Boundaries, follow-through, motivation, co-parenting stress, differences in parenting styles, rebuilding trust, creating more consistency at home, establishing a more united front, knowing when to push or back off, and other parenting concerns.
Child & Teen Growth
For children and teens who need a steady, encouraging space to build emotional awareness, communication, confidence, and healthier ways for handling difficult moments.
Self-esteem, self-doubt, big feelings, friendship/sibling struggles, school stress, social pressure, identity questions, bullying, communication, future goals, life transitions, feeling more confident and understood, among other concerns.
Family Support
For families who feel stuck in the same arguments or painful patterns - and want help finding a better way to communicate and reconnect.
Communication breakdowns, emotional distance, sibling tension, trust issues, empathy-building, reactive patterns, family transitions, divorce, blended family dynamics, relocation stress, repairing connection after conflict, and other family concerns.

A Note from Cleo
One of the hardest parts of parenting is knowing when to step in, when to step back, and when to ask for support.
Many parents come to me feeling worried, exhausted, and worn down by the constant second-guessing: "Am I pushing too hard, not doing enough, or missing something important?"
You're not meant to carry that uncertainty alone.
This work isn't about blame, labels, or judgment. It's about understanding the pattern, repairing what feels strained, and creating more calm and trust at home.
Also, while I hold a doctorate in clinical psychology with a focus on child development and family systems, I provide non-clinical coaching and family support - not psychotherapy, diagnosis, or clinical psychological treatment. Part of my role is helping families understand what kind of support is the right fit, including when clinical care from a licensed provider may be needed.
How it Works:
Request Your Complimentary Clarity Call
Start with a simple 20-minute conversation to understand what’s going on and whether this feels like the right fit.
Begin with the Bigger Picture
For child, teen, and family work, the first full session takes place with the parents or caregivers so the support can be grounded in context.

Move forward with practical tools and steady guidance tailored to what your child or family needs most.
"Cleo didn’t just support our daughter, she strengthened our whole family. Things feel a lot calmer at home now, and I'm feeling much more confident at handling whatever comes next."
Alessandra S. -Â Teacher's Aide
"I was feeling unsure about how things were going with my teenage daughter. Nothing was obviously wrong, but I could sense she was holding back from us. Eventually, I realized she might benefit from having someone outside the family to talk to, and that’s when we found Cleo.
Right from the start, my daughter connected with her. Cleo was warm, easy to talk to, funny, and genuinely helpful. Through their sessions, my daughter learned better ways to handle what she was feeling and started to seem more like herself again. I could see her confidence grow, which meant so much to us.
My husband and I also had some parent and family sessions with Cleo, and they were incredibly helpful. She has a great mix of being kind and direct at the same time. She didn’t sugarcoat things, but she also never made us feel judged. She helped us see where we were going astray and gave us simple things to try at home that actually made a difference."
"We were struggling as a family, and Cleo met us exactly where we were. She gave my kiddo tools that work and gave me the relief of knowing we’re on the right path."
Mary L. - Psychologist
"I cannot thank Cleo enough for the safe, supportive space she created for my kiddo. As a psychologist myself, I know how important that is, and I was so grateful to see how quickly my child felt comfortable with her.
My child had already been diagnosed with ADHD and was finding it hard to manage big feelings and reactions, especially when overwhelmed.
Cleo helped them build emotional awareness and communication skills, better understand what can lead to overwhelm, and come up with practical calming strategies they could actually use at home and in the classroom."
